Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance to consistently achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of retail associates to deliver world-class customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor management.
- Maintain excellence in visual merchandising standards according to NIKE global guidelines.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, payroll support, and performance reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with GMG company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, fashion, or sportswear industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing high-volume retail environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Deep passion for the NIKE brand and the sports/fitness industry.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
