- Achieve all category sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all store departments
- Manage inventory control and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage
- Oversee merchandise display and visual merchandising to enhance customer experience
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations and strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
