Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by monitoring daily targets and implementing strategies to exceed departmental goals.
- Lead, mentor, and coach store associates to maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
- Oversee stock levels, replenishment schedules, and inventory accuracy to minimize shrinkage and maximize availability.
- Implement visual merchandising plans to ensure an inviting and premium store atmosphere.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to Store Management.
- Manage employee schedules, payroll attendance, and operational workflows effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in supermarkets or upscale grocery chains.
- Strong background in sales management, P&L monitoring, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams to achieve corporate objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software systems.
