Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for home appliances and team leadership? SM Appliances, a leader in the Philippine retail industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our retail operations, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, drive sales performance, and deliver world-class customer service. We are looking for a proactive leader who can inspire staff, maintain visual merchandising standards, and manage daily store activities to meet and exceed our corporate KPIs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and consistent service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales staff to hit individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and coordinate with warehouses for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness in line with company branding.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Generate and analyze daily sales reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the business.
- Experience in the appliance or consumer electronics retail sector is a significant advantage.
