Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Store Manager in driving daily sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
- Provide expert styling advice to customers, ensuring an engaging and personalized shopping experience.
- Mentor and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain high operational standards, including stock management, inventory control, and store presentation.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient work environment.
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and visual merchandising updates in line with global guidelines.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy team culture that encourages consistent growth.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Proven ability to drive sales targets and motivate a high-performing team.
- A deep passion for fashion trends and an eye for detail in visual merchandising.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Flexible availability to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.
