- Support the Store Manager in driving store sales targets and KPIs to ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of retail stylists.
- Oversee daily store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure a premium customer service experience in line with Lovisa’s brand standards.
- Implement operational processes, including cash handling, reporting, and store maintenance.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to optimize store performance.
- Maintain high levels of health, safety, and loss prevention compliance within the store.
