Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to drive high standards of service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Support the development of sales strategies and execute promotional activities to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to report on store performance and operational challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in the retail or F&B sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in food & beverage management and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficiency in using retail POS systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
