- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing sales force.
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently, resolving issues as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising execution.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain store presentation and brand standards in line with company guidelines.
- Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for retail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive commercial results.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Typo or Cotton On brand is a plus.
