- Assist in the development and execution of store layouts and floor plans to optimize traffic flow and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal displays and brand guidelines.
- Manage the design process for new store openings and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess design compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding fixture selection, installation, and quality control.
- Create and maintain design standards and guidelines for all retail locations.
- Analyze sales data to adjust floor plans and maximize retail space efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail store planning, visual merchandising, or interior design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects and store layouts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes and retail industry standards.
