Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail excellence? Samsonite is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this pivotal role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and visual merchandising are consistently met.

As the Assistant Store Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the store management and the sales team. You will ensure that all store activities align with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving sales targets and maintaining a premium shopping environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and possesses the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and SOPs.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and oversee the receiving and display of merchandise.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, including sales analysis and payroll.
  • Train new staff members on product knowledge, POS systems, and sales techniques.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in the luggage and travel goods industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
