- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Motivate and coach sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff training and operational excellence
- Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize store presentation
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations promptly

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic financial acumen for budget awareness and cost control
