Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor sales associates, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure security and smooth workflow.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and maintains a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative tasks related to payroll and staff scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail supervisory or management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise.
