Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with company regulations.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and handle complaints or feedback professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support the team by scheduling shifts, training new staff, and providing guidance on service standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for both customers and employees.
- Handle cash handling and POS system operations accurately and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
- Passion for customer service and team collaboration.
