As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will play an instrumental role in managing day-to-day store operations, fostering an elite sales team, and delivering unparalleled customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily boutique operations, driving sales targets, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Coach, motivate, and supervise sales specialists to consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional, premium-tier customer service and efficiently resolve any escalated customer inquiries or feedback.
- Support inventory control processes, ensuring product availability, stock accuracy, and minimized shrinkage.
- Maintain and implement Apple's strict visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness guidelines.
- Oversee daily cash handling, POS transactions, end-of-shift reports, and safe drop reconciliation.
- Conduct regular briefing sessions to update the team on new product rollouts, promotional updates, and store policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably as an Assistant Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Sales Associate in high-end consumer electronics.
- Strong background and technical familiarity with Apple products, macOS, iOS, and the Apple ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields are highly preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving and exceeding store sales targets.
- Willingness to work in Robinsons Lipa on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly professional demeanor with a strong customer-first orientation.
