Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the store layout, displays, and signage adhere to Apple and Power Mac Center visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting premium Apple products.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain product availability.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct staff training sessions on product knowledge, POS systems, and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, foot traffic, and KPIs, and present findings to the Store Manager.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience in a retail, electronics, or consumer‑goods environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, services) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems; experience with inventory management software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in a shopping‑mall setting.
- Must be detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and capable of handling fast‑paced work environments.
