In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team of retail associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure the store layout, displays, and signage adhere to Apple and Power Mac Center visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting premium Apple products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain product availability.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct staff training sessions on product knowledge, POS systems, and company policies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, foot traffic, and KPIs, and present findings to the Store Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience in a retail, electronics, or consumer‑goods environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple products and ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, services) is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems; experience with inventory management software is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in a shopping‑mall setting.
  • Must be detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and capable of handling fast‑paced work environments.
