- Assist in Formulating Strategy: Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans and growth roadmaps.

- Operational Optimization: Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead or support specific strategic projects from initiation through to completion.
- Franchise Development: Assist in the planning and management of new store openings and franchise expansion efforts.

- Assist in the formulation and execution of long-term strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
- Support the planning and management of new store openings and existing franchise expansions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry is highly desirable.
