Select Goods OPC is looking for a motivated Assistant Supervisor to lead our retail team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations, coach and develop a team of sales associates, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any escalated issues promptly.
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and support visual merchandising.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to handle fast‑paced situations and solve problems efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines.
