Select Goods OPC is looking for a motivated Assistant Supervisor to lead our retail team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations, coach and develop a team of sales associates, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations and staff performance.
- Assist in creating and monitoring employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any escalated issues promptly.
- Track inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and support visual merchandising.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and loss‑prevention guidelines.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and reporting on performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proven ability to handle fast‑paced situations and solve problems efficiently.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines.
