Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, stock tracking, and loss prevention measures.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols within the store premises.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the retail or customer service sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local dialects and English.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
