Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure strict adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization of stock, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare daily sales reports, stock counts, and submit them to the Regional Manager on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment that aligns with brand standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or customer service leadership position.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in Sampaloc, Metro Manila.
