Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily retail operations and staff performance at Gaisano Grand Oslob
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Train and coach retail staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor sales targets and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene protocols
- Prepare daily operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree advantageous
- Proficiency in basic retail software and POS systems
