Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and drive store profitability.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in retail supervision or sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Proven ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
