Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Grocery Supervisor in daily operations including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation to minimize waste.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise a team of retail assistants, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company planograms and visual merchandising standards.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales targets and controlling operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or Professional Certificate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the retail industry, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
