Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure store standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high service quality.
- Prepare daily reports on sales performance and operational issues.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid government ID and ability to work in Lantapan, Bukidnon.
