Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow across all departments.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Train new staff members on company policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment.
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
