Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in supervising daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Support the Store Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct regular inventory checks
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation standards
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of store activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
