Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and guide retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and follow company policies, procedures, and standards

Kualifikasi
