Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate retail team members to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff coaching and in-store experience monitoring
- Oversee inventory management including stock counts, ordering, and loss prevention
- Support sales initiatives through visual merchandising and promotional execution
- Train new staff on product knowledge, systems, and customer service protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
