Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve high performance and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
