- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring smooth store functionality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to restock merchandise promptly.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a professional environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to enhance brand loyalty.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance and revenue.
- Assist in budget management and expense control for the store.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or sales.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and coach a diverse team.
