Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, motivate, and train sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash handling, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Retail Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven retail sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by retail operations.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for the health and beauty industry.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
