Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead and train a team of sales associates to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety and company policies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
