Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising execution
- Coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining positive brand representation
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment and promotional execution
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and visual merchandising guidelines
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or Retail Management preferred
- 1-2 years retail experience with supervisory or team lead exposure
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with proven team motivation abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems (POS, inventory software)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
