KK Group Of Companies is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to join our construction team in Desa Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and reporting to the project manager. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure projects progress on schedule
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Manage and guide construction workers and subcontractors
- Assist project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Certification in occupational safety and health is an advantage
