Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to improve performance and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Perform routine cash handling duties and reconcile daily sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
