Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a seamless workflow for all staff members.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the timely replenishment and stock management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the sales team.
- Ensure the store environment meets visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Assist in cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliation and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
