Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all retail activities
  • Supervise and guide retail staff, providing support and feedback to enhance performance
  • Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed goals
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining store standards
  • Train new employees on company policies, products, and operational procedures
  • Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
  • Assist in preparing work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing coverage

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service environment is preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
