Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all retail activities
- Supervise and guide retail staff, providing support and feedback to enhance performance
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed goals
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining store standards
- Train new employees on company policies, products, and operational procedures
- Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Assist in preparing work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing coverage
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
