- Partner with factory teams to drive Production Cost Per Ton (CPT) delivery and optimization
- Analyze supply chain financial data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Develop and implement financial strategies supporting manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs and financial performance metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain finance or manufacturing finance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling
- Experience working in FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
