We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Tender Manager to join our construction team. This pivotal role involves managing the end-to-end tender process, ensuring competitive submissions while maintaining strict compliance with technical, financial, and safety standards. You will conduct comprehensive quantity tabulations, implement value engineering strategies, and source qualified vendors to optimize project outcomes. - Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documentation with precision and attention to detail
- Perform quantity tabulations and cost estimations for construction projects
- Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs and enhance competitiveness
- Source, evaluate, and qualify vendors and subcontractors through rigorous assessment
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, financial regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams during tender preparation
- Monitor tender deadlines and manage submission processes to ensure timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in tender preparation or construction procurement
- Proficiency in quantity surveying techniques and construction cost analysis
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's construction industry regulations and standards
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for quantity tabulations and cost modeling
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing technical proposals
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Procurement preferred
