Are you a strategic finance professional seeking a challenging role in a structured multinational environment? Michael Page is currently recruiting for an Assistant Treasury Manager (Regional Business Partner) to support our client in the Central Region. In this key position, you will act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, managing Foreign Exchange (FX) exposures, liquidity planning, and funding execution across the AMEA region.
This role requires a proactive individual who excels in high-volume financial environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization's liquidity is optimized while mitigating currency risks. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline treasury operations and ensure compliance with regional financial regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cash flow management and liquidity forecasting for the AMEA region.
- Execute and monitor FX hedging strategies to minimize currency risk exposure.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Prepare accurate treasury reports, including cash position statements and variance analysis.
- Support the execution of funding activities and capital structure optimization.
- Assist in the implementation of treasury management systems (TMS) and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a treasury or finance role within a multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of AMEA markets, FX markets, and liquidity management principles.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
