Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of assigned vending machines, ensuring optimal product availability
- Coordinate timely replenishment of merchandise based on sales trends and inventory levels
- Monitor machine performance metrics and report anomalies to technical teams
- Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and sales of featured products
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues through proactive communication
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance logs, and performance data
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with preference for candidates in retail/logistics
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for operational and technical troubleshooting
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for machine maintenance visits)
- Proficiency in Malay and English for customer communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for handling product stocking and machine maintenance
