Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to significantly grow ICDM's membership base across various corporate sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key corporations, government bodies, industry associations, and educational institutions.
- Drive the promotion and uptake of ICDM’s professional development programs, services, and events to members and potential clients.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative member engagement initiatives that enhance member value and foster a strong community.
- Contribute to the strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management of the Business Development & Member Engagement department.
- Represent ICDM effectively at industry conferences, networking events, and public forums, acting as a brand ambassador.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development, client relationship management, or membership growth, ideally within a professional body, association, education, or corporate services environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales or membership acquisition targets and building strong, lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance principles and the landscape of directorship in Malaysia.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive initiatives autonomously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
