Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and influencers in luxury fashion/jewelry sector
- Identify new collaboration opportunities through market research and trend analysis
- Negiate contracts and agreements with influencers for promotional campaigns
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI through analytics tools
- Build and maintain a database of potential KOL partners
- Collaborate with marketing team to align influencer strategies with brand goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in business development or influencer marketing
- Strong network in Indonesian fashion/luxury industry preferred
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of luxury jewelry market trends
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
