Certis Security is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Head of Soft Services to spearhead our strategic cleaning and integrated soft services divisions. In this high-impact role, you will be the primary architect for our tender solutioning strategies, leveraging your deep industry expertise to secure high-value contracts and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
As the Head of Soft Services, you will oversee the full lifecycle of business development, from initial bid leadership and complex cost structuring to the execution of innovative service delivery models. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our service offerings, ensuring they remain competitive, sustainable, and aligned with the evolving needs of our enterprise clients. This position demands a blend of commercial acumen, technical facility management expertise, and an relentless drive for operational innovation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end tender strategy, including the development of winning technical and commercial proposals for large-scale soft services contracts.
- Oversee complex cost structuring, resource planning, and financial modeling to ensure competitive yet profitable bid submissions.
- Drive the business development pipeline by identifying new market opportunities and nurturing strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
- Implement data-driven operational improvements to enhance service quality, productivity, and cleaning standards across all project sites.
- Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and contract retention.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in operational execution and service delivery.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate smart facility management solutions and digital innovations into our soft service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., IFMA, CFM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in soft services management, with a proven track record in high-value bid management and business development.
- Deep expertise in cleaning industry standards, hygiene technology, and integrated facilities management solutions.
- Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L responsibilities, complex budgeting, and large-scale cost structuring.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse, multi-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior management and external clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools; familiarity with ISO standards and safety compliance protocols.
