Are you a seasoned renewable energy professional with a passion for driving the energy transition in Southeast Asia? We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Distributed PV Investment to lead our regional solar initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be the primary architect for our commercial and industrial (C&I) solar investment strategy, identifying high-potential projects, structuring complex financial deals, and managing portfolio growth across the dynamic Southeast Asian market.
As the regional lead, you will bridge the gap between technical project development and financial execution, working closely with stakeholders to ensure competitive returns and long-term asset performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the overarching investment strategy for distributed photovoltaic (PV) projects across Southeast Asia.
- Lead end-to-end deal origination, financial modeling, and investment appraisal for new solar assets.
- Conduct thorough commercial, technical, and legal due diligence for potential acquisition or development opportunities.
- Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and service contracts with C&I clients.
- Manage relationships with project developers, government agencies, and local financial institutions.
- Oversee the financial performance of existing assets, ensuring project KPIs are met and operational risks are mitigated.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts and project developers to scale regional operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of specialized experience in distributed PV investment, specifically within the Southeast Asian market.
- Proven track record of successfully originating and closing C&I solar investment deals.
- Strong proficiency in project finance, complex financial modeling, and investment risk assessment.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and energy market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage remote or cross-border teams effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in drafting and finalizing complex legal and commercial contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is considered a significant advantage.
