- Develop and implement Thermo Fisher's Asia contract manufacturing strategy to align with global business objectives
- Lead cost optimization initiatives across external manufacturing operations
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
- Monitor and enhance supplier performance through KPIs and regular assessments
- Foster innovation in manufacturing processes to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing partners
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate external manufacturing with overall production strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in contract manufacturing and supply chain management
- Strong understanding of operational excellence methodologies and continuous improvement
- Experience developing and executing manufacturing strategies in the Asia region
- Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the scientific industry
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
