Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Grand Medical Care Concierge program, ensuring delivery of exceptional healthcare experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality in medical concierge offerings
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, specialists, and internal teams to ensure timely and comprehensive care delivery
- Oversee a team of concierge professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare partners and service providers
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Contribute to the development of innovative healthcare concierge services and programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare management, customer service leadership, or related field
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices in Singapore
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including medical professionals, clients, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with healthcare technology and digital health solutions is advantageous
