Tanggung Jawab
- Convene and facilitate corporate strategy work plans for the organization's transformational phase
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects and initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic priorities and resource allocation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust as needed
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovation across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning and corporate strategy
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions and workshops
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices in strategy development and implementation
