Are you a creative visionary with a passion for retail storytelling? Metro (Pte) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team in Ang Mo Kio. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic identity of our multi-brand retail environment, ensuring that every customer journey is immersive, engaging, and reflective of our premium brand standards.
You will collaborate closely with store operations and buying teams to execute high-impact window displays, store layouts, and product presentations that drive traffic and maximize sales performance. If you have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate trends into compelling physical spaces, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies across various departments to enhance brand presence.
- Oversee the execution of seasonal floor sets, window displays, and promotional installations to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistent adherence to corporate visual standards and planograms.
- Mentor and guide store staff on visual maintenance, product placement techniques, and housekeeping standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product positioning and floor layout for improved performance.
- Manage inventory movement and prop logistics to ensure all display materials are available and in pristine condition.
- Coordinate with regional teams to adapt global brand guidelines to the local store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within a multi-brand or department store setting.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative executions and space planning.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or CAD tools is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and current retail trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel between locations and work flexible hours during campaign launches.
