Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training and performance management
- Coordinate transportation logistics and third-party carrier relationships
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OHS regulations
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, operational costs, and productivity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS) and lean methodologies
- Proven leadership skills in team development and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and safety standards
