Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and intercompany settlements with high accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and support internal/external audit processes.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor depreciation schedules.
- Analyze financial variances and provide insightful reports to the finance management team.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial reporting processes and internal control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations; fresh graduates with strong academic track records are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
